Well, 2023 is about to come to an end, so soon. While hard times like inflation still happening and I still got my share of downs and low points, like family issues, the general public making it hard for me at work (and at times where my new boss had a few problems with me), some of my family getting Covid, panic news about shortages coming, another of my family's dogs passing away, the Bengals and the Eagles both losing, that petty incident where a user insulted and then blocked me over a stupid excuse and with no real reason (and one of her followers snitching out my journal about to the staff), me having to leave my previous job to another (all I can say is I was given an opportunity to start something new, and I just don't want to talk further about it), and me never giving myself the time to continue on my fanfics (so busy with a lot of things). However, that doesn't mean I didn't have great times though. I know it's something usually done in Thanksgiving (and I should've done that on that day), but I figured why not wait and then count the bless-filled days/moments I had in December. Well, here is my list of the days/moments that I'm thankful for of this year:

  1. My trip to LuminoCity at Eisenhower Park with the family.

  2. Watched both Puppy Bowl and the Super Bowl (again) this year (thanks to the encouragement from one of my pals, SuperheroCat2000).

  3. Spent some time at my aunt's house.

  4. My time with my friends, as always.

  5. My visit to the Bronx Zoo (including Boo at the Zoo and the Holiday Lights).

  6. My visits to the Holtsville Ecology Wildlife Center, where I saw an American black bear (first time since many years ago), white-tailed deer (one being a buck), an Eurasian lynx, emus, a bison, bald eagles, owls, turtles, and even a pair of mustangs.

  7. My visit back to the Long Island Aquarium since the last time before 2020.

  8. My trips to Tanglewood, where I used to volunteer, and the times of seeing their dinosaurs.

  9. My trips to the Garvies Point Museum, the Norman J. Levy Park & Preserve, a new reptile pet store, and Sloth Encounters.

  10. My visit to the American Museum of Natural History and seeing one of their special exhibits, Sharks, again, along with a film about wildlife in the Serengeti.

  11. A week at one of my cousins' house, with their pets (followed by a big pay).

  12. Me moving from Tackapausha to Cedar Creek Park (all I can say is that I was given an opportunity to try new experiences and I had to take it. Sure the tasks there seem pretty mundane, but the staff there are really nice and accommodating, things are more relaxed and less demanding, I get to see more wildlife (and the dogs brought to the dog run), and I can get away with listening to my music while working).

  13. The amazing movies and shows, including The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, Life on Our Planet, the second series of Prehistoric Planet, The Hatchling, Once Upon a Studio, Leo, the fifth season of The Dragon Prince, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget, and Migration.

  14. Me getting back on the bike a few times.

  15. The Detroit Lions making the playoffs (and even beating the Chiefs), granting their entrance into the Super Bowl (and hopefully winning it too).

  16. The gifts I got for my birthday and Christmas.

  17. My family getting a new dog (but he is a big and crazy puppy)

  18. Me and my niece starting to bond more (as Uncle and niece, of course).

  19. I've been getting both Saturdays and Sundays off since September this year.

Well, that's all the good times I can recall for this year (though there may or may not be more). Hope you guys had some (if not too many) good times/moments of this year to be thankful too (and hope you all have a happy New Year to come). See you all in 2024 (hopefully, this new year coming will be way much better)!

I may not be sure if any of you guys are aware of this character, but this guy, FiremanUzayr, claims to be the 'hero next door.' That's what he wants you to think of him as. In reality, however, he's more like the villain (or even zero) next door. Why is he the villain next door, you may ask? Well, it's because he cyberbullies and makes fun of SUP-FAN (aka antonio girgenti on YouTube), Teaganm (aka Teags mid on YouTube), and other innocent users in DevaintArt and evenYouTube for no good reasons. SUP-FAN is his favorite target though, and mostly because of his 'crime' of... making humanized versions of Thomas and friends, something that FiremanUzayr deems as 'inappropriate.' How petty, pathetic, and stupid is that, for FiremanUzayr to attack SUP-FAN, just because he hates his artwork (I mean, honestly, if you look at SUP-FAN's artwork (https://www.deviantart.com/sup-fan/gallery/52258834/thomas-the-tank-enigne-human-art), does any of his drawings on humanized Thomas and his friends look inappropriate to any of you? I don't see anything wrong with anything it). Meanwhile, he has the nerve to accuse his victims of cyberbullying him and his allies (when, in reality, they are calling him and his allies out for their crap and he's the one cyberbullying them! Talk about hypocrisy). In case you're working how is it so, I have a lot of evidence listed here. Take a look at them yourselves (by the way, he has a YouTube channel called Uzayr Jan 2nd channel), don't just take my word for it:

Firemanuzayr and Uzayrjan2ndchannel is a bully

https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipNO2pdhRv7l7Fg36RnlqCCH2py_Hsb0qZCgydC4VyPXL12EKo5b7FMpK1vdiR9jEw?key=RGZYUENnNldENUk3bVd4bG16M3JaVmt3VG5jalNB

(The book was something SUP-FAN made for his father's friend and this guy dared to 'rant' on the book. If he's trying to be a book critic, all I can say is that he's really BAD at it. True (and constructive criticism does not mean you have to put that person and their product down all the way. It also doesn't mean you have to say nasty stuff about it without giving constructive advice. I doubt he even read the book and was just being spiteful.)

Here are also his posts that you can look on: https://www.deviantart.com/firemanuzayr/posts. They just only explain further on why he's such a butthurt, pathetic, and sorry excuse of a user.

I can go on and on, but at the same time, I don't want to make this journal too long with the list. You can plainly see that FiremanUzayr (aka Uzayr Jan 2nd channel) is nothing more than a butthurt, heartless, cruel, rude, selfish, hypocritical bully of a brat who's just jealous of some users making better content than his. And, telling by the evidence, if there's anyone who's making inappropriate content, it's FiremanUzayr (aka Uzayr Jan 2nd channel). Maybe he should take down his crappy propaganda (both on DeviantArt and YouTube) or just delete his account and leave the internet forever and just leave everyone alone. He's going too far and it's time that he stops.

You all know what to do. Block and report FiremanUzayr (and if you have a YouTube account, be sure to block and report all of his channels too: Uzayr Jan 2nd channel, Uzayr Jan 2023, & Anti Antonio Girgenti). He doesn't deserve to be treated like a hero. A real hero would look for ways to befriend, negotiate, and protect the innocent, not bully, target, or even wish death/destruction upon them. A real hero would also recognize what one's doing is wrong and turn a new leaf, thus changing one's self and one's attitude for the better (not to mention learning from one's mistakes/actions). Clearly, FiremanUzayr's actions can not be tolerated here (or on YouTube). In the meantime, support SUP-FAN, Teaganm, and their friends (along with their channels); they are the real heroes and can use any help they can get.

I'm sharing this because I know how it's like to be picked on and harassed just because someone doesn't like my art (once I was told to kill myself and another time I was met with death threats). Overall, I find that kind of behavior, to harass, insult, threaten, and even make fun of others just because you doesn't like their art (all the while they've never done a single thing to you), to be very toxic, mean-spirited, childish, cruel, unnecessary, inappropriate, immature, stupid, tasteless, foolish, cowardly, weak, extremely petty, something that a sore loser with no life (and/or without a soul) would do, and, in some cases, bigoted. For that, along with those incidents I had to endure, I take this very personal!

Please do me a favor though. Spread this journal all over the web like wild fire and tell your friends and watchers/followers to do the same. Everyone has to know about FiremanUzayr for the toxic user that he is! Time to show FiremanUzayr (aka Uzayr Jan 2nd channel) that toxic jerks like him are not welcomed to places like DeviantArt or YouTube and that cyberbullying others (even just because they don't like the art they do) is NOT tolerated or okay.

Remember, block and report FiremanUzayr and spread the word!

EDIT: I've just got word that FiremanUzayr 's DeviantArt account just got deactivated and both of his main and 2nd accounts on YouTube got terminated, all that just in today! Looks like he ended up like all the other villains had been: Defeated and Vanquished! We won't have to worry about him or his antics ever again. Serves him right and about time! Time for celebration and thanks to all of you for spreading the word and reporting him.

About my last status, I just want to apologize for my anger and for losing my temper when I got fave spammed. I just didn't know it was all that took for me to express my feelings about it publicly. However, this wasn't the first time I got fave-spammed (though it was my first time learning the word, 'fave-spam') or fave-bombed. It's happened to me a lot, even since 2017. I know a couple of users who don't like other users faving every single thing they post and I eventually came to understand their pain. It's just annoying to me to go through more than 100, 200, or even 300 notifications because it takes forever and I end up seeing the same users' names and icons, it's like a forest fire that's gone through my gallery and I can't escape. It not only annoyed me, it has and still does give me the creeps and stresses me out. From the start, I should've know it would've happened to me and had I been sure I wouldn't like it or had I had the courage to tell all of you (my watchers and friends) all the truth about it, I would've done that. I was afraid that no one would understand me, given that almost everyone likes their stuff faved, no matter how many they get. I would end up scaring off the people closest to me. I never wanted to do that. But to those of you who commented on my status with your understandings, I thank you for your empathy.

You guys got no idea what those fave-bombers and fave-spammers put me through over those years: the fave-bombing/spamming, the zero response to my pleads, to the attitude some of them gave me when I told them to stop, the notifications piling up in my inbox, the stress of seeing the same guys' names and icons over and over, and even that moment last week of that one guy who had the nerve to fave-spam my Squidward memes (as if one wise-butt fave-spamming a quarter of my animal photos the first week of this year wasn't bad enough), which to me was the last straw. I was not only frustrated and stressed out, I was also just so angry. But I was also afraid that more fave-spams will come to try and overrun my gallery. Plus, at that time I almost missed lunch because of the notifications I had to deal with (yeah, I may had my lunch, but it was really late, about 3 o'clock. I don't like having my lunch that late, you know. So you can say that I was a little 'hangry.' XD Joke aside, I get that whenever I'm really hungry or in a mood for a bite but I end up getting held up until the last minute. You'd feel that too if that happened to you too, right?). But I was also hurt that none of those people would ever take me seriously, just because they see my work as just candy for their eyes and for them to grab at their leisure. Well, to me, my work is more than just eye-candy! It also happens every January that everything (or almost everything) I post gets fave-bombed/fave-spammed and I'm just sick of it. I just wanted a January with no fave-bombs or fave-spams (heck, if I ever had a full year with no fave-bomb or fave-spam, I would be partying hardy and I might even die smiling/grinning/cheering. Then again, to be realistic, since when did that actually happen?). For me, fave-bombing/spamming is just unnecessary and I would never recommend it.

Yes, I meant everything I said back in my status post to all fave-bombing strangers about my stance against fave-spamming and I still despise fave-bombs and fave-spams, but I also apologize to my friends (which my status was never meant for; it was only meant for those fave-bombers/spammers) for losing my temper back there and for not getting the truth about my feelings out sooner. So, I'm sorry.

Well, 2022 is just coming to an end and boy, was it quick like the last one (maybe just me, though I remembered the earlier times this year as if they were yesterday). While hard times like inflation and wars happening, are still going and I got my share of downs and low points, like family issues, the general public making it hard for me at work, times I forgot my wallet, some of my friends/family getting Covid, panic news about shortages coming, one of my family's dogs passing away, the Bengals losing, getting assaulted by one of the hawks at my job (with a scratch on the ear), that horrid incident where a user and his followers harassed me over a petty reason that involves a journal I made about a year ago (which is gone and as for the people that slandered me, I'm not going to mention any names, since the matter was already taken care of and both sides (mine included) apologized, and that I'm a nice person who prefers to let it go and move on), two of my bosses either resigning or getting fired for mistakes they made, and me never giving myself the time to continue on my fanfics (so busy with a lot of things). However, that doesn't mean I didn't have great times though. I know it's something usually done in Thanksgiving (and I should've done that on that day), but I figured why not wait and then count the bless-filled days/moments I had in December. Well, here is my list of the days/moments that I'm thankful for of this year:

  1. My trip to San Diego, California (my first time ever to travel the west side of the United States). There I went to the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park. Animals I've seen (and taken photos of) for the first time there include the pygmy hippos, the slender-snouted crocodile, the lion-tailed macaque, the takin, the Steller sea eagle, the secretary bird, the guanacos, the jaguar, the desert bighorn sheep, the western grey kangaroo, the banteng, the black rhino, the Sumatran tiger, hummingbirds, the Galapagos tortoise, the Somali wild donkey, the California condor the lappet-faced vulture, the addax, the Harpy eagle, the maned wolf, the bonobos, and much more. Plus, I got to see African elephants, sloth bears and koalas again. I even went to a beach in La Holla and saw a lot of sea lions and seals there (along with cormorants, brown pelicans, different species of gulls, and even California ground squirrels (for the first time). I even saw a fox squirrel for the first time too).

  2. Watched both Puppy Bowl and the Super Bowl this year (thanks to the encouragement from one of my pals, SuperheroCat2000).

  3. Spent some time at my aunt's house.

  4. My time with my friends, as always.

  5. My visits to the Bronx Zoo (including Boo at the Zoo and the Holiday Lights).

  6. My visits to the New York Aquarium, the Central Park Zoo, the Prospect Park Zoo, and the Queens Zoo (therefore, completing one of the goals on my bucket list, which is to visit all of the zoological parks under the WCS (Wildlife Conservation Society).

  7. My visit back to the Long Island Aquarium since the last time before 2020.

  8. My trips to Tanglewood, where I used to volunteer, and the times of seeing their dinosaurs.

  9. My visit to the American Museum of Natural History and seeing one of their special exhibits, Sharks.

  10. A week at one of my cousins' house, with their pets (followed by a big pay).

  11. The amazing movies and shows, including The Bad Guys, Jurassic World Dominion, The Cuphead Show, the fifth season of Camp Cretaceous, the second series of Dogs in Space, My Father's Dragon, Island of the Sea Wolves, Our Universe, Prehistoric Planet, Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers, Zootopia+, Super League of Pets, the second season of Primal, Beast (my first R-rated film to watch, even alone, in the theatres), the fourth season of The Dragon Prince, and Puss in Boots: The Last Wish.

  12. The gifts I got for Christmas.

  13. My family extending more, introducing a new addition to my sister's own family (and it's a boy). He happens to be the most chill and relaxed baby I've ever known.

  14. Me and my second nephew starting to bond more (as Uncle and nephew, of course).

  15. I've been getting every other Saturdays off since September this year.

Well, that's all the good times I can recall for this year (though there may or may not be more). Hope you guys had some (if not too many) good times/moments of this year to be thankful too (and hope you all have a happy New Year to come). See you all in 2023!
